My little Man is "5" and My little Girl is "8"

Jack turned "5" on December 23rd and today, Jacqueline turned "8"! We've been celebrating Birthdays and Christmas and everything else in between . We even managed a quick trip to Las Vegas for a few days, to hang out with our friends from New Mexico and Mimi Kelly of course! We did hang out at Disneyland for shopping, lunching, birthdays and lots more fun :)

Not sure how we got to November already and it's just about over, Ugh! Well here's a few thoughts!?! We celebrated My Birthday and Danielle's too..She came home via the train for a B-day visit and has decided to stay :) Now we need to get this 20 year old working, back to school and back into her own apartment!!! Now Halloween is upon us and we Trick or Treated through "Disneyland" and our neighborhood and not to mention the school Festival and class time activies, we ended up with scores of Candy. Soccer, I can't believe is over as of today, Whew! I know the kids will miss their new found friends, but I tell them, they will meet up again, next year at soccer season :) Jacqueline is just so amazing at only 7 years old (almost 8), she got another "Outstanding Achievement Award for Math and Language" and she Proudly participated in the Primary Program at Church. This by the way is really what she wanted to do--This was her line to give "John 3:5, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God" She read it beautifully and it was so nice to see her sitting up there on the stage and singing with all the other kids. I Love Her and her spirit! Last night she asked me, what is my most favorite place in the whole world? I said, "Hawaii". I asked her the same question and she replied "Home, because this is where my family is", she melts my heart!

September - 30 days went by fast

Happy "40th" Bday Christen and Happy Bday to you Mr. Aviator Man

September blew on thru and now it’s October. A lot happened in those 30 days. To start, Bill celebrated his 38th Birthday and Christen her Fabulous "40" Birthday. The kids started back to school, Jacqueline is in 2nd grade and Jack started pre-school. He is so excited about his new school, it is only part time, 3 hours a day, but he’s love’n it! This gives me some free time, but not a lot of time to myself! Jacqueline signed up to become a Brownie (Girlscout) and me and my big mouth of course volunteered to help in anyway. I really do love to help when I can. She tried hip hop dancing for one day and decided that wasn’t for her. The kids also started soccer which means, we spend most our week up at the soccer field and I'm the Team Mom for Jacqueline's Team, Go Daisies. Danielle is still in Washougal, WA, calls weekly for milk money, LOL. Taylor had a hard month. She was driving on the Fwy, the traffic was stopped and she was hit from behind at 40mph. It was not her fault, but the drama of this event, was not what we needed. She is okay, has been very sore from her neck down to her toes, but her pride and joy was destroyed. It used to say Kachow and now says Kachuga, LOL (loved the Cars Movie). I also love that in September, all the Great TV shows are back on, WooHoo. Love, Dancing with the Stars, Grey’s Anatomy, Brothers and Sisters, Desperate Housewives, Men in Trees, Vegas, etc….It’s a good thing we have a DVR. Giving up her Cali Roots!

Just like that, Danielle (almost 20) has decided to move to Washington State for a fresh start! She's my little dreamer, floating by, giving her life a great big try...She's been living in an apartment in Downtown Long Beach, just over the bridge from us, for a little over a year. Times have been tough, lots of experience gained, now it's time for a change....Were hopeful that she will be doing some sort of school (massage therapy) and working of course. We kissed her GOod-Bye and wished her lots OF LuCK! We will miss this BiG Sister and fun LoVIng DaUGHter---Mwa

Summer Loving - Happend So Fast!

I can't believe summer is almost over, where has the time gone....I guess sleeping in, hanging out by the pool daily, splashing at the beach, walking to get ice cream, another trip to Las Vegas, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, Soccer Camp, sleep over's with friends, play dates, BBQ's and staying up late, can account for some of our time :)

Jack's first year at soccer and Jacqueline's 2nd year--they both did a great job! Many water breaks were taken, it was Way HOT!

Taylor turned "16" on July 11th....Needless to say, Bill and her came to an agreement and a car was purchased. (said agreement - must have good grades, must have a job, obey house rules and be safe) Lucky girl, she wouldn't be caught dead driving a bucket, LOL.
