I can't believe that my baby from the 1st marriage is "18" today! We shopped a little and made her a cake. Once the candles were blown out, she headed to Vegas for the weekend. WooHoo, hope she's having a Blast..She wouldn't let me come :(

The Good - The Bad and The Ugly

Celebrating "15" years of being a family :)

The Good is, that I have 2 Beautiful children that were made with lots of love and tenderness, The Bad is, they will be children of a failed marriage and The Ugly is, that after 15 years of marriage, Bill and I are Divorcing. My heart is overflowing with lots of emotions, good and sad, I know having gone through this before that it is not a happy time for any of us. Grandma will continue to live with me and the kids. I told her she is welcome to stay for however long she wants. If you would still like to visit with her and us, that would be Great! I have enjoyed being a part of this family, you have been so kind to me and the kids and I appreciate that. I will continue to keep you posted on my blog. Feel free to call us and please visit, it's always nice to have family around.

Major Catch Up

Belinda and I have been friends since Middle School

My life has been topsy turvey lately, but I think were headed in a good direction. As far as the kids go, they have kept me on my toes! We have been busy with baseball, horseback riding lessons, Awards (Jack got an Achievement Award in Reading), Geography Bee's (Jackie did Awesome), Spelling Bee's (Jackie got 3rd place), Field trips to (CA Science Center/Imax Theater, Albertsons Grocery Store/Park, Cabrillo Beach Aquarium/Beach, Landmark Project/Pt. Fermin Lighthouse, etc....) I've also been busy caring for my 88 year old Grandmother who has been under the weather since she came back from vacation, I guess to much partying... Besides enjoying the kids and playing taxi cab to everyone, I've been doing a lot of soul searching and have enjoyed catching up with my friends and getting out and doing things for myself! Life has definetly thrown me curve balls, but I'm getting better at hitting them out of the ball park :)

Jacqueline's Soccer Team came in "First Place" for the Turkey Tournament, it was Awesome to watch!!! Thanksgiving came and went, it was really nice to have 4 days to do whatever we wanted. We took the kids to Disneyland and Santa was there, the kids visited and took a picture with him, so kaching, one thing off my list. Thanksgiving dinner was yummy, cooked by me of course, the kids even managed to put together a Gingerbread house. I woke up the next morning at 4:30am and did some Black Friday shopping with a friend of mine, it was definetly worth standing in line for. Now it's December and we've got Birthday's to celebrate along with Christmas, Wish me Luck!

Alot has been happening in my life lately, somethings I can share and some things that I cannot. Since I haven't posted since Mid August, the kids have started school, Jackie is in 3rd grade and Jack in Kindergarten. They both played soccer and Jackie's team is in the Turkey Tournament. My Best Friend got Married in September and Jackie and Me were in her Fabulous Wedding on a Yacht in Newport Beach. It has only taken them 14 years to finally tie the knot and what a way to tie it. We celebrated Birthday's in September and October (Grandma Crepps turned "88", Bill turned "?", Danielle turned "21" and Syndi turned ?-10). The Ive's came by to say hello and we all enjoyed that. Halloween came and went. We did get to Trick or Treat at Disney's California Adventure and we got loads of candy. Bill was a Giant Hero. He saved a girl from a burning car and needed 13 stitches. I got to go see Wicked for the first time this past weekend and what an Awesome time I had, just me and my girlfriend. Twilight the movie will be in Theater's on Friday and bunch of us Mom's have our tickets and are escaping to see Edward and Bella fall in love, with all the rest of the fans. Thanksgiving decorations have been put out and we are looking forward to the feast and relaxation that it sometimes can bring.
